Publishing Decision
The editor of this journal is responsible for deciding whether or not an article is appropriate for publication. Verification and validation of work, and urgency for authors and readers should always drive these decisions. Editors can be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and limited by legal provisions as must be enforced against defamation, plagiarism, and copyright infringement. Editors can discuss this with other editors or the assessment team in making this decision.
Fair Treatment
The editors of this journal always assess manuscripts based on the quality of writing without regard to differences in race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, political philosophy, or paradigm of the authors.
Confidentiality
The editors of this journal may not divulge any information regarding manuscripts submitted to anyone other than the author, expert editors, and publisher.
Notice and Conflict of Interest
Editorial and unpublished data written in submitted manuscripts may not be used in the editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.
Obligations of the Assessment Team
Contribution to Editorial Decisions
The expert editor's assessment helps the executive editor in making editorial decisions through the editorial communication with the author and can also help the writer improve his writing.
Speed
Selected reviewers who feel unqualified to evaluate the writing of a manuscript or know that a quick review of it will be impossible should notify the editor and excuse themselves from the review process.
Confidentiality
Manuscripts accepted for evaluation must be treated as confidential documents. The document may not be shown or discussed with others unless authorized by the editor.
Objectivity Standards
Assessment efforts are carried out objectively. Personal criticism of the author is not justified. Assessors must state their views clearly with a supporting scientific basis.
Source Acknowledgment
All reviewers of manuscripts in this journal must identify the relevance of published work not cited by the author. Each statement on an observation, derivation, or argument that has been previously reported must be accompanied by a relevant source. The evaluator should also ask the editor to note similarities between the manuscript being assessed and other published work.
Notice and Conflict of Interest
Confidential information obtained through the judgment of expert editors must be kept and must not be used for personal gain. Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest stemming from a competitive, cooperative, or other relationship with any author, or institution associated with the writing.
Author's Obligations
Reporting Standards
All authors must present valid data, accurate reports, and objective discussions of the writings they make. A piece of writing should include sufficient detail and references to enable others to repeat the work. Statements that are intentionally invalid, accurate, and objective constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
Authenticity and Plagiarism
Every writer must ensure the authenticity of the writing. They should also verify the correctness of the quotation if using the work and/or words of others.
Multiple, Repeat, or Concurrent Publishing
Each author may not publish a manuscript describing essentially the same research in more than one journal. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously is unethical behavior and unacceptable.
Source Acknowledgment
Acknowledgment of the source or work of others must always be given. This is part of objectivity and appreciation. Each author must cite publications that are influential in determining the nature of the work submitted.
Writing Subject
Subjects should be limited to those who made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All persons who make important contributions must be listed as co-authors. If other people participate in certain important aspects of the research project, they should be listed as contributors. Authors must ensure that all co-authors are included in the work, and all authors have seen and approved the final version of the work, and have agreed to its submission for publication.
Notice and Conflict of Interest
All authors must disclose in their manuscript any conflict of interest or another substantive conflict that might be suspected of affecting their work. All financial support for research projects must be notified.
Fundamental Errors in Published Works
The author must immediately notify the editor or publisher of the journal in collaboration with the editor if he finds significant errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in his work so that it is withdrawn for revision.
